Digital Mentoring for seniors on the move:

I am currently travelling across the outback of Queensland and am providing FREE digital support to anyone aged 50 or over, that I happen across.

Join my hubby and I and enjoy our photographic journey by following along on our Facebook blog.

Helping the Community Be Connected:

My job as a Digital Mentor is to educate and empower adults, aged 50 and over, to develop their digital skills and thrive in a digital world. I introduce them to the "Be Connected" initiative where they can learn new digital skills with free online courses and resources on everything from how to use your smartphone or tablet to cyber safety tips.

A Digital Mentoring Opportunity for you:

For anyone who might be interested in learning how to become a Lead Digital Mentor and support seniors in their own way, I will also be conducting some FREE ZOOM Lead Digital Mentoring sessions later in July through my other business Wise & Connected.

To become a Digital Mentor, all you need is a friendly disposition and a desire to help others. You don't need to be an expert in digital technology. We can direct you to all of the online training materials that will support you. So why not join me and begin your mentoring journey, where I will also show you how easy it is to secure funding to assist you along the way?

Digital Support for carer organisations:

Earlier this year, I taught several carers from the C2bMe@home program, which improves the emotional and psychological welfare of senior citizens. It strives to support participants in maintaining a meaningful and dignified lifestyle in their own homes. By becoming Digital Mentors. these carers are now more confident in their ability to provide an additional crucial service to their clients, lessen their isolation, and help them stay more connected to their community.

So do get in touch with me if you think your organisation could benefit from the digital mentoring and let's talk about how I can support you.

About Us

Julie arrived in Australia from New Zealand on a working holiday when she was just 20 years old. After 6 months in Australia, she met up with Ron for a bushwalking trip in the Blue Mts NSW. They discovered that they had a shared passion for walking, and really enjoyed each others company. Julie never made it back to NZ and the rest, as they say, is history.  After over 40 yrs working and raising a family in Western Sydney they eventually sold up and retired to the stunning Sapphire Coast, NSW where together they continue their love of  walking.
